Anyone who says wine has to be dry and beer must be hoppy clearly has never been to Fegley’s Chocolate Festival. It features cocoa-infused brews, wines, and
liqueurs, all of which you’re welcome to taste over the course of the afternoon. Just head to
Fegley’s Allentown Brew Works, situated not far from Regency Towers, and get in
line.
While you sip on the pourable chocolates, savor chocolate candies on the side. You may recognize
the man handing out sweets infused with Fegley’s own brews; he did win
the Food Network’s “Sweet Genius.” His name is Chef Alan Pitotti, and he owns Dolce
Patisserie, so stop and chat with him if you’re interested in learning more about his experience and
