WILMINGTON, Del., May 29, 2015—Berger Rental Communities’ first acquisition in Delaware celebrated its Grand Opening on Friday, May 29 at 12 p.m. at a ribbon cutting event attended by Delaware State Sen. Robert Marshall, County Executive Thomas Gordon, District Rep. Gerald Brady, Councilman Robert Weiner and more than 100 state and local elected officials, community representatives, local business owners, and the NCC (New Castle County) Mounted Patrol Unit.
Previously known as Lancaster Court Apartments, Greenview at Chestnut Run is undergoing a groundbreaking multimillion dollar renovation. Over a span of 9 months, Greenview at Chestnut Run has been renovated and revitalized. Included in the renovations are new roofs and gutters, windows, doors, plumbing, and interior renovations. The project is on schedule to be completed by this time next year but the changes are already improving the quality of life for current residents of the community and surrounding areas.
