Husband-wife duo Justin and Jess aren’t just partners in life anymore—they’re also business partners. They recently debuted Two Birds Cafe on the fringes of West Chester, not far from Goshen Terrace. Each brings their own unique culinary strengths to the kitchen at this farm-to-table cafe, where brunch is the most important meal of the day.

Breakfast is served all day, and for good reason. Customers just can’t get enough of the house-baked cinnamon buns. Start with an order of the gooey treats as you pore over the rest of the seasonally-changing breakfast menu. You’ll see a revolving lineup of specialty Benedicts, omelets, toasts, and sandwiches. For lunch, the kitchen focuses exclusively on greens (think warm Brussels sprouts with sweet potatoes and balsamic) and sandwiches, such as the salmon BLT and the brisket grinder.
