September 18, 2017 – Last week, PAA East held their annual Best in Apartment Living Awards Banquet at Drexelbrook in Drexel Hill, PA. With a record turnout of over 1,000 people, Berger Rental Communities certainly did not leave empty handed. BRC took home 9 awards with 6 different communities recognized. The awards banquet highlighted the top 4 communities winning either bronze, silver, gold, or platinum in 3 categories: maintenance excellence, leasing excellence, and community presentation excellence. Congratulations to all communities who were recognized and honored for their hard work and outstanding efforts.
