Audubon Manor Review

Nice place to live! I moved in in August and am really enjoying living here! The staff are always friendly and helpful and maintenance issues are taken care of very promptly. The complex is quiet which I love and in a great location in West Chester. The complex and neighborhood feel safe and the grounds are well taken care of. Residents always seem to be notified ahead of time if any work is going to be done in the area (ie: if new steps will be installed in front of a building, if part of the parking lot is being repaved, if the water company is update pipes & pumps, etc) so residents can plan accordingly. I’ve had a very positive experience thus far and would definitely recommend the complex to friends!
