Learn a New Trade in 7 Weeks and be Guaranteed a Full‑Time Position
Multifamily Housing
Discover what working in Multifamily housing is all about. Gain indispensable knowledge from industry experts about what it takes to get started in our line of business.
General Construction
Learn general construction tasks related to apartment maintenance, including installation and repairs of doors, windows, and drywall.
Basic Plumbing
Learn basic plumbing design for residential applications, the common tools and materials used, installation and repair of plumbing fixtures, and troubleshooting common problems that arise in apartment buildings.
Basic Electrical
Learn basic electrical principles, circuits, tools and materials, installation, and repair of electrical devices, and troubleshooting common electrical issues.
Appliances
Learn installation procedures, basic operation of gas and electrical appliances, and the diagnostic process used to troubleshoot and make repairs.
HVAC
