The rigorous assessment process evaluated each company’s employee policies and procedures, as well as responses from the company’s employees. SatisFacts 2019 Resident Satisfaction

Berger Rental Communities had 20 communities receive honors for resident satisfaction! The national SatisFacts awards recognize top property management companies and communities who are dedicated to the resident experience. Those who win are rewarded for their company’s leadership and focus on actionable best practices as measured through the SatisFacts Insite and annual survey program.

MVP Awards Best Property Management Company

Berger Rental Communities took top honors receiving the award for Best Property Management Company in 2017. The APTS Magazine covers industry news and events for central and eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland. The Top Rated award program recognizes the top 5% of communities listed on ApartmentRatings and acknowledges those for their outstanding customer service levels and dedication to the renter experience. Berger Rental Communities had 23 communities acknowledged as a Top Rated community.
